Which file format do I need?
It depends on your machine brand: PES for Brother/Babylock, JEF for Janome, EXP for Melco/Bernina, VP3 for Husqvarna/Pfaff, DST for most commercial machines. Every ready-made design includes several formats.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. After paying you get a private download link by email. Create an account later with the same email to keep everything in one library.
Where are my files?
On your confirmation page, in your receipt email and under Account → Downloads.
How many revisions do I get on custom work?
The number is written in your quote. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design; a new size or new elements are quoted separately.
Is the preview a real stitch-out?
Previews are labelled. A 'Simulation' is a software rendering; a 'Sew-out' is a photo of the design actually stitched.
