- Browse or search the shop and filter by hoop size and file format.
- Check the size table — every size listed is included in one download.
- Pay with PayPal or card. You don't need an account.
- Download your ZIP from the confirmation page, your email link, or your account library.
Custom digitizing
- Upload your artwork and tell us the size, fabric and placement.
- We review it and send a quote with the exact scope, price, delivery estimate and included revisions.
- Accept and pay the quote to start work.
- Your design is digitized and checked by our QC reviewer.
- You review a labelled preview and approve it or request a revision.
- Your approved files are released for download.
