Refunds & right of withdrawal

Our designs are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask us to start delivery straight away and confirm you know that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)). Before you download, you can cancel and get a full refund.

If a file is faulty or doesn't open in the formats we list, contact us. We'll fix it or refund you — this doesn't affect your legal rights.

You can cancel free of charge before work starts. Once you ask us to begin, you agree the service starts within the withdrawal period; if you cancel during the work you pay for the part already done. Your quote states included revisions.
